Recently, my friend mentioned that the term “psychotherapy” is something that many people are looking for and it motivates us to write it down.
As we have seen, all creation is achieved by sharing and transferring energy. With each interaction, whether it is minerals, vegetables, animals, humans or angels, energy is exchanged. This is a natural process and one of the ways in which all matter and organisms evolve and grow, always balancing. This is a natural treatment. When we deliberately provide treatment for a person or an environment, we use this energy transfer process in a conscious and targeted manner.
The energy used in healing can come from any source, depending on what is needed. It can come from a therapist or outside.
We are engaged in therapeutic work ourselves and widely teach spiritual and esoteric subjects, but the term from
Psychotherapy from
Not what we use. We tend to use these terms from
Energy therapy, non-physical rehabilitation from
Or most of them are dull from
recoveryfrom
. We don't use these words from
Psychotherapy from
Because we define the aspects of creation very specifically, namely, thought, soul and spirit, which helps us understand ourselves and our relationship with the non-material realm. We regard the mind, including the body, as the finite world of the aircraft, the soul as a unity and the state of the spirit as God or all.
The soul and soul are perfect and complete infinite states, independent of the energy movements that belong to the soul. Since treatment involves energy transfer, we believe it belongs to the spiritual realm, so we will not use the word "spirit" in treatment. The soul and soul itself are complete and perfect. All we have to do is achieve this so that we can live in their grace.
We believe that the correct understanding of the terminology and the proper use of them are valuable, but the most important part of the treatment work is the motivation to motivate it, that is, the desire for compassion, love and pain relief. Healing is a wonderful and exciting activity. This is very beneficial, although this is not the reason we do it.
Everyone is born a therapist, and in a sincere application, anyone can play this wonderful ability. It is important to start in any way possible. Physical illnesses, emotional problems, and even dysfunctional or difficult conditions can be cured.
Treatment can be done as a private work in the mind, or through formal treatment sessions using any form or technique trained by the therapist. Treatment can be performed alone or as part of a treatment group. Using psychotherapy techniques, the person to be treated does not even have to be present.
The quality of a therapist who makes one more effective than the other is intention, sincerity, best and faith. These characteristics can be cultivated and enhanced by considering their relevance and dedication. They are sophisticated ways of thinking, with higher vibrations and allowing energy to flow smoothly. They also encourage clear, happy and calm methods. Less refined emotions hinder energy flow and cast a shadow over thought.
o Intent is a clear and focused healing intent. Ideally, it needs to be contaminated by other personal emotions or attachments.
o Sincerity includes a serious and wholehearted approach. Sincerity is not the same as seriousness. It is heavy and tiring. Sincerity is bright and full of light.
o Although we use terminology here, we try our best to make a balanced effort rather than overwork. Extreme is never the best. They lack balance, can't heal, and restore balance. Again, they can cause the therapist to be burned out because they are unsustainable. Completing treatment in a balanced manner is not only more effective in the long run; it is never consumed or tiring.
o Faith is necessary, believe what you are doing, because healing is feasible, and this person can be healed. Faith allows you to confidently imagine the outcome of a cure and have clear expectations of the outcome.
Compassion and integrity make the cure in place so that its effects can last for a long time after the healing process. They are metaphysical binding forces.
o Compassion comes directly from kindness, consideration, care and empathy, and all aspects of love. When you are sympathetic to someone, you will lift them up and illuminate them. Compassion is not like sympathy, and usually involves feeling sad for someone. In the therapeutic sense, this is usually not exciting or helpful. It can sustain the problem or it can sometimes make the problem worse.
o Integrity means having a sound, honest and factual approach. This means that you will treat treatment as a simple, complete and immortal idea. You only allow it, more or less. Make yourself as simple as you are. This is enough.
You can naturally get the energy or vibration that matches your own nature and growth level, but with the above qualities, you can get and deliver more energy than your own. Cultivating these qualities is a good basis for therapists, both in the mind and in the body. However, you can't wait until you get started. You need to start, and the expansion of capabilities will come. You can also get extra help. You will never be alone. Whenever you ask for help, a higher life and strength will help you, sometimes not even being asked. These facts are amazing, inspiring and exciting, and an important resource for healing themselves and others.
Another useful method is, in general, positive and constructive in everyday life. The therapist does not need to be a saint. Everyone has a bad day, but thinking habits such as criticism or other negative attitudes are not treatments. They are destructive and just the opposite of healing. A person who is a type of treatment cannot be turned on and off when needed. This is a way of life.
If you are committed to becoming a therapist, every opportunity needs to be served in this way. Healing then becomes part of life, not something that is done on a particular occasion. No matter where you go, on the street, in the shopping center, you can treat anywhere, anytime. In these cases, it is cured by the mind rather than by techniques that require physical activity, because it can be done without anyone knowing it happens. It is not even necessary to sit quietly or close your eyes. With the least amount of practice, you can deliver everything you need quickly and efficiently.
We seize every opportunity to practice treatment. If we see people who are obviously injured or sick, we will give them rapid treatment energy. If a friend mentions someone who is ill, we will immediately give appropriate treatment and will not even pause in our conversation. As human beings, we all have great untapped capabilities, far exceeding our own credibility. The mind is an amazing resource. The lack of confidence in the power of oneself and the mind makes us think that healing is difficult. We need to sit down and close our eyes to be effective. I believe that you have a better understanding of the ability than now, and begin to act as if you believe in yourself. In this way, you can unlock the magical abilities you don't know.
A lovely thing is that it is consistent with a healing lifestyle, trying to make every environment you encounter better than you find. Good words or smiles can make the simplest environment shine, even in the most dangerous situations, we can always provide some speech, action or energy.
No matter which treatment mode you choose, you can take some time to relax before starting any organized treatment work. There are many excellent relaxation exercises to choose from. An easy way to do this is to lie down or sit down and imagine in a special place. It can be a real place or an imaginary scene, you can walk around and enjoy its serenity and beauty. This helps eliminate tension and personal problems for neatness and for treatment work.
There are many tricks you can use when healing with your mind. Here are some examples:
o Filling the gap: Every disease of the body or mind is an imbalance caused by the lack of something: the lack of ingredients, its presence will complete the picture and allow rebalancing and healing to take place. An advanced treatment technique involves filling the gap with the mind. This can be done without knowing the lack. First let the mind be as unobtrusive as possible. Then remember the knowledge you want to provide, which will fill the gaps in the person to be cured. Understand and accept that some of your parts know what you need and can bring it in. I believe this is happening. The mind can create many great miracles. We must learn to be unhindered. There is a need to put conscious thoughts and tendencies aside. Therapists using this technique usually don't know what to do, and it doesn't matter if you know this. The healing work itself is very important. It may not even be something that is easy to understand in the physical world.
You can use variants of this technique when you can determine the lack and need to rebalance. For example, if you observe that a person is very angry, you can easily conclude that calmness and understanding will restore balance. Then, you can feel these as deeply as possible and send them mentally…
