What are the facilities at Twickenham's Rugby – Twickenham?

Twickenham Stadium – Rugby House – Cabbage Patch

Twickenham Stadium is not only the home of the England football team, but also the largest football league event venue. Purchased at £5,500 in 1907, after Wembley, it was transformed into the second largest stadium in the UK [and therefore its nickname]. With a capacity of 82,000, it is the fifth largest stadium in Europe. The first rugby match took place between Harlequins and Richmond in 1909, and the game has never stopped since then! The 2009/2010 season is the 100th anniversary of Twickenham's first international event. To commemorate this historic achievement, the England team wore a special commemorative shirt designed for the game on the 6th of Wales in Wales.
