Is alcohol good for health or the heart?

According to many studies and journals, many people think that drinking is good for health. But there is a problem. Simply drinking alcohol can cause more harm than good. Moderation is the key. Men drink two glasses a day, and women over the age of 45 who drink a cup a day are considered safe and good for the health of the hearth.

This brings us another important point, that is why it is not more beneficial to drink more. The answer is simple; excess stuff and alcohol are no exception. But there are more. Excessive drinking over a long period of time increases blood pressure and weakens the heart muscle, which is a cause of heart disease and many diseases.

Why is the right amount of alcohol good for the heart?

Blood brings nutrients to all parts of the body. When we drink, it is directly absorbed by the blood through our digestive system. When alcohol passes through your arm, it reduces the amount of obesity deposits, which is mainly the reason for narrowing your arm. By removing some deposits, alcohol essentially cleans your arteries and makes them flexible and broad. These lead to more and better blood flowing through them and lowering blood pressure. People who drink moderately are generally healthier than those who do not drink but eat a lot of fatty foods and lead to a sedentary lifestyle.

Different opinions on moderate drinking

However, through this article, I have no intention of encouraging readers to start drinking because there is no guarantee that everyone will benefit from moderate drinking. In fact, even doctors and researchers have different opinions about this. Many people think that those who control drinking habits usually have better control over their eating habits than those who drink too much. Overall better health and lower blood pressure are the result of their control of eating habits rather than moderate drinking. While some research and observations indicate the health benefits of alcohol, it depends to a large extent on your overall lifestyle, size and many other factors.

According to studies from more than 20 countries, moderate drinkers are 20-40% less likely to have heart disease than those who drink too much or are not drinking. If you can reduce your alcohol consumption, you can also change your eating habits.
