The mentality and method of experiencing meditation is based on the fact that in order to experience the truth of things, you must have some distance from it. For example, you can't read a newspaper for your eyes. The space needed. This method gives you the space, distance or separation.
Otherwise, you can only see half of your personal thoughts, not the whole idea of the subconscious. Therefore, you will not see the entire picture. You lose clarity, make mistakes, can't play your potential – and don't know why!
This mentality allows you to experience life in a neutral or objective way, rather than experiencing it for yourself. You experience life. Just like it is. You place personal biases and opinions outside of the witness and experience process.
In the process of experiencing daily activities, experiencing meditation is to realize that you are experiencing it while experiencing one thing – at the same time. It's like a spy looking at a spy looking at him. Or just like watching yourself look at yourself in the mirror! You seem to have been removed. Look at your third person.
You do two things at a time – using both your parts, the conscious part and the subconscious part. It's like daydreaming while driving. You also realize your dreams and driving. A conscious mind is something external, and a subconscious mind is something inside.
This is not a “creative” activity, because daydreaming – maybe an upcoming work holiday, has nothing to do with driving. This is just random thinking. This noisy or uncontrolled way of thinking occurs multiple times during the day and is useless.
In order for action to be creative, conscious and subconscious must deal with the same thing at the same time. They must be connected. Specifically at the same wavelength. This is exactly what happens when you are in the “experience meditation” mentality.
Not only do you have to use both ideas at the same time, but you also need to connect them. You are touching the subconscious, which is the source of all knowledge and creativity.
This means whatever you are thinking, feeling and doing – if you realize that you are doing it and realizing that you are aware, then you are doing better. You think better, feel better, feel better, do your job, love and relationship better. “Better” means more insight, wisdom and creativity.
