Sometimes we are really overactive. Sometimes, the sacred energy will have a lot of downpour, and we will feel the whole body heavy. This is also a form of over-energization.
What happens when we are in a bad mood and we try to meditate?
When we meditate, we pour out the divine energy from the top of the crown [the top of the head].
When energy enters the body, it tries to clear the blockage. But we are still thinking about unwanted things that cause blockages in the body, so we will feel pain in these areas.
Excess energy must be flushed at the end of meditation. But it won't happen because of the blockage.
This again creates a heavy feeling. Excess energy that is blocked in various parts of the body may manifest as disease, pain, mood, economy or any kind of trouble on the body plane.
How to avoid this?
Masters of meditation tell us a lot of other things to do before and after meditation, but we tend to ignore them because we think it has nothing to do with meditation. The list below may not include all, but we can do some things to benefit from any type of meditation practice.
Physical exercise
The light body movements before meditation will prepare the body for energy consumption, and some subsequent movements will help to consume any excess energy.
Walking is not enough because it does not take advantage of all body parts. Keep in mind that obstructions that block energy flow can occur anywhere in the body. The movement of the body helps to clear the blockage and make room for new energy in the body.
Think back to a happy event
Any method of activating the heart center at the beginning of meditation is important to avoid any negative thoughts. One of the easiest ways is to recall a happy event. We need to imagine ourselves and relive our lives at that happy moment.
Ground
Again, this is a very important technology that can eliminate negative emotions and make room for the sacred clean energy. Ground at the end of meditation. People can say spiritually, "I am connected to the earth and rooted in the earth." This is good for returning to the earth or physical level.
