How to experience all consciousness in meditation

In order to experience everything in meditation is a kind of consciousness, first we have to see what prevents you from experiencing one.

What prevents you from being your idea? Not thinking about yourself, but your recognition of it. Use your thoughts to perceive this moment and stop you from feeling that everything is a consciousness.

When you define, describe or judge something, you have separated yourself from it. Your idea is to separate you from everything else. This is what you should think about. It should mark and classify everything it has experienced. But in doing so, it gives an individual "you" experience that is separate from everything else.

This does not mean that you have to stop thinking together to experience that everything is a kind of consciousness. But if you don't have an idea to define your experience right now, how do you experience this moment?

One way to experience this moment is consciousness. If you turn your attention to consciousness without thinking to define your experience, then only consciousness. No awareness. Only consciousness.

You may notice that there is still a feeling of separation here. Because you are still in consciousness, but this consciousness does not touch the world, it is still beyond it.

At the moment you are involved in the world again, there will be separation. So where is the experience of consciousness?

The answer is that we look at another way to experience everything is a kind of consciousness, that is through feeling. You just need to relax your attention and return to its more original experience. Feeling is also consciousness, but it connects consciousness with everything. It will give you direct access to the meditation experience.

When I say the feeling, I don't mean emotion, but the actual feeling, the feeling that exists at this moment.

First, close your eyes at this moment, let your attention focus on the presence of this moment, not mark, just feel it.

This is not something you can think of. It is simpler than thinking, you just feel this moment. Without thinking, what is the experience at this moment? Feel this experience.

If you do this, you will feel that everything is a consciousness, because on the sensory level, nothing can be separated. Everything is just intangible energy. Only in thinking, in definition, everything needs form and sturdiness. But when you close your eyes, when you feel that you are present at this moment, everything is intangible energy. Everything is seen as a consciousness.
