Tennis elbow movement has been circulating for many years. So why are there many differences about which exercises are correct? The simplest exercise method for preventing and restoring tennis elbow must [in any case] be based on an understanding of the relevant joint and the muscles that affect it.
Simply put, the muscles acting on the joints must be strong and balanced – and must have the largest amount of blood flowing to the joints and their tissues. In order to achieve this, the muscles acting on the joints must move properly – that is, by balancing the range of motion as possible. This is true of any joint.
