I want to get into the state, so I decided to take part in the sprint triathlon to lose weight and help motivate me to train and be healthier. These people usually need to do some exercise and benefit from their training, mentoring, and the time spent on the bike, in the pool, and on the trails/roads. For a few triathletes, they usually feel very fragile, like fish in the water, but they will soon be proficient in transitions, pacing strategies and the entire triathlon culture in a few years of competition.
