Your brain is a collection of nerve cells in your brain. Your soul is your thoughts, your will and your emotions. Most people think that the difference between humans and animals is that people who form the image of God also have a spirit.

The physical brain is a nerve – and [it is] better than a computer. I think you can visually discern the difference between your "spirit" and your brain.

Spirit and soul

In Genesis, God breathes the breath of life [Hebrew Neshamah – Spirit] Entering compounds from the soil, Adam becomes a living soul. [Genesis 2:7]

The New Testament Hebrews [4:12] talks about the division of soul and soul. The Bible clearly distinguishes between the two. What are they?

The talent of the human spirit is the communication with God, conscience and intuition. The only communication with God about unbelievers is a kind of conscience, or when God tries to call them.
