Triathletes often think, “How much training can I do?” Few people think of, “How much can I recover after training, how good?”

One of the best ways to help with recovery is through an ice bath. An ice bath is a part of the body that is submerged in cold water.

Why do you need an ice bath?

While creating little tears. To help these tears, the body pumps more blood into these areas, so white blood cells can repair damaged tissue. This can cause swelling.
