Did the panic leave?

The Panic Away program is a well-known self-help treatment program developed by Barry McDonagh. He put this course together when he first studied at university.

But is the plan actually effective? About two years ago, I asked myself the same question.

The plan has caused great controversy because it challenges firm beliefs and effectively puts them first.

For example, many experts believe that the best way to prevent panic or anxiety attacks is to keep the subjects calm, rather than putting them under more stress than they have already experienced. This is not a panic mentality!

Who is the goal of the Panic Away treatment plan?

It is mainly used to treat panic and anxiety related diseases. This may be caused by a variety of factors such as phobia and fear of social conditions. We are complex creatures and respond to our environment in a variety of ways. For a person, a fairly ordinary event may be a very stressful occasion for others.

What makes it so different?

Their approach is simple, but at the same time very radical.

They believe that by stimulating the body to experience more stress [although in a controlled manner], when the real stress situation occurs, the body will eventually begin to react and react differently. In other words, encourage participants to feel more stressed during the treatment!

When the body feels pressure, it produces adrenaline, which causes the heart to beat faster. Once the adrenaline is exhausted, the body naturally enters the relaxation phase, at which point the attack subsides.

Through a series of exercises, disciplines are able to identify and control their own responses to a range of stressful situations. This instills new confidence in them, so that they can not only relieve symptoms, but also expel them from their lives forever. They effectively learned that these attacks are harmless and can be conquered.

Is it for you?

My answer depends on it. It really worked for me and healed my anxiety. But I am a very intuitive person, I need to practice it to make it effective.

Some people may benefit from using self-help books, while others may respond better to one-on-one therapy or even hypnosis.

It is also worth knowing from your doctor if there are any potential chemical or hormonal factors that cause or exacerbate your symptoms.

No matter what you decide, it is time to declare war on your own terms!

Wish you all the best,

Beth
