When looking for new exercises in volleyball practice, I sometimes like to group some exercises together, focus on the same skills, and use half of the practice time for regular exercises and half for spotlight skills. The following exercises highlight services and are a great way to improve team service skills and accuracy. A good serve is crucial to winning a volleyball game. By running these exercises in the next few workouts, you will begin to notice the progress of the team's service capabilities.
