Relax in the warm up

Warming up is a vital part of volleyball practice. It allows players the opportunity to prepare for the upcoming workout and gives them the opportunity to return to the skills they will develop during the practice. Typical warm-up matches include jogging, full body stretching and a series of volleyball warm-up exercises.

Keep in mind that these volleyball warm-up exercises should not be too intense. They are not designed for exercise regulation or muscle strengthening. Instead, they were developed to reawaken everyone's muscle memory and get them accustomed to the basics of the game, such as services, settings, and collisions.
