When I say context, I mean the type of team you have and the priority you have. For example, a group of warm-ups of up to 12 people will be very different from elite college-level athletes. Children don't need to have so much to get their body ready, but college players may. Similarly, the warm-up of teams that focus on development may be very different from the teams in the main competitive environment. A development team can use warm-ups to help develop skills, while competing teams may want to only need the most effective way to prepare the player's body to adapt to the rigorous gameplay, perhaps using tactical elements.
