Nutrition information that no one wants to hear

Ok, I won't let you fall into suspense. The news is related to sugar.

You might think that everyone knows that sugar is bad. This seems to be the case. But not everyone is far from it. This is a problem, or at least a problem waiting to happen.

No connection point

When I was trained to become a life coach, one of the coaches was overweight 40 to 50 pounds. One day, she said, "I am addicted to sugar, but I don't care."

The woman apparently did not associate her addiction to sugar with her weight or any health problems she had. This is what I call a connection point.

Eager to never leave

I received a newsletter about the article about sugar cravings, which "seems to never disappear." The authors are all nutrition experts. As a solution, they usually recommend products that you can buy! – This taste is like chocolate, taking away the craving for sugar.

Obviously, no matter how these experts handle their daily food plans, they can't maintain their desire for food.

Fact: Sugar cravings will definitely disappear over time – maybe permanent – so if nutrition 'experts don't know how to get him/herself or customers to do this, then on me It is a dangerous signal.

Falling into sneaky sexy sugar

These lists are quite long: agave nectar, coconut sugar, maple syrup, fruit [yes, fruit], juice, honey, monk fruit extract, date paste, etc.

It's no surprise that people who use these ghosts are addicted to them or their cravings seem to never disappear completely. After all, they are sugar.

This brings us to Paleo Menus

On many lists, I often receive a menu of Paleo desserts and snacks using the above-mentioned sin. We were told that they are delicious.

My opinion on this is simple: "delicious" is suspicious.

Sugar is sugar. This is definitely not what anyone wants to hear, but it is true.

fruits and vegetables

what can I say? I hope that people don't confuse the two. It makes them look equally healthy, but they are not.

Fructose, the sugar in fruits, is a particularly harmful sugar. In fact, it is this that makes sucrose [half-fructose, hemi-glucose] a waste we know. In the scientific debut, all researchers seem to know this. If only the rest of us are willing to accept!

For most people, eating a few servings of fruit a day may be good. Serve in 1⁄2 cup or 1 medium fruit.

However, some fruits may trigger an addictive reaction in some people. Self-awareness and self-honesty are key survival tools, far exceeding the trend of any mainstream driving trend sugar.

I have to change my information

A few months ago, when I joined a women's online team, I made a mistake, that is, I introduced myself as a sugar addiction expert in 30 seconds. It only brings fear. People are afraid of dealing with sugar addiction, most likely because they know what happens when they continue for any time without sugar.

But I will end with this important message because it is more important than ever:

• Sugar is at the heart of the obesity epidemic. Not fat, not oversized.

from

• Sugar increases appetite.

from

• Sugar can cause extra fat to be consumed. Many high sugar foods contain fat. Fat also makes the sugar taste sweeter, so foods that contain sugar and fat promote overeating and calories increase rapidly.

from

• Sugar can increase blood pressure. Not just salt.

from

• Sugar can increase serum cholesterol. Not just fat.

from

• Sugar can increase triglycerides. Not just fat.

from

• Sugar can cause type 2 diabetes. Yes, it can.

from

• Sugar can cause mood swings, anxiety, depression and other emotional problems.

from

• Sugar can interfere with optimal brain focus and productivity.

I insist that if you know how – and long-term cravings, you can easily quit sugar.
