Why are there more allergies and obesity today than before?

This is a difficult question to answer because no one really knows. However, there are differences in parenting methods that may have an impact. When I was young, it was after the Second World War that the children got everything they ate and didn't think of allergies. The closest thing to my body is the dust that the sinuses produce. However, my family or anyone we know does not mention allergies.

Babies are fed the taste of everything, even if they spit it out. There are many eggs on the menu, nuts, fruits, various vegetables, and of course meat. My child has received the exact same treatment. My baby received milk at weaning and nothing was blocked by food.

In contrast, my daughter reads to determine what her child should eat. They were deprived of eggs and many other foods. The result from this approach is that one of them is allergic to certain foods.

Other factors that entered the scene were books written by male doctors who emphasized the importance of suppressing some food for young children. Coupled with junk food that replaces fresh or home-cooked meals, young children can enjoy high-sugar soda drinks, high-salt and other foods, and icings such as icing-coated donuts and biscuits.

Watching young moms feed these things to the kids in the mall to keep quiet, while focusing on buying brings other ideas. Why bring a young child to the place where they see junk food and then scream them to buy them?

It may be difficult for mothers to solve health problems through modern trials and errors, but they need to wake up to what modern parenting does. While these may not be the cause of allergies, it may be interesting for some practitioners to examine existing changes in this area compared to the post-war years. It may also help to understand the obesity problems faced by some adults.

Of course, children will follow them into adults when they grow up. This may apply to people who cannot walk through the mall without first visiting the junk shop. Interesting ideas should be reviewed further.
