Paleo Diet does not include cereals, dairy products, sugars or processed foods – they do not provide nutritional value and support inflammation that causes disease in the body. Paleo Diet supports healthy organic safe meats, fresh vegetables, some fruits, some nuts and seeds… and of course healthy fats and oils! "Food is our fuel" to keep the body running – the things you put into the body will become the cornerstone of every cell, muscle, tissue and organ. The old adage "You are what you eat" is unexpectedly true.

Here are 5 simple tips to help you get started on your Paleo Healthy Lifestyle journey:

1] Pre-cook food and even bring lunch to work. In order to minimize cooking time, please cook large quantities of food at the beginning of the week or a few days in advance!

2] If the plan changes, please keep an old friendly meal replacement or shake it at your desk or wallet. Failure to prepare will lead to bad decisions.

3] Try new vegetables – the more colors, the more colors the deer have, the more nutritious! For example, kale is one of my favorite superfoods, it is very versatile – you can use it for smoothies, salads, and even cooking recipes as a warm dinner.

4] Don't leave anything you don't want to “eat” at home… Don't see your eyes, don't bother. No, your kids don't need those chips and cookies.

5] Learn how to use new spices. This will provide more variety and taste for your meal.

When it comes to planning, here is a little inspiration to plan your healthy old friendly snacks!
