Do you adjust the little honey?

Why honey is the best choice for processing sugar.

from

As a chiropractor, nutrition advice is a regular part of my day. There are many questions about a particular type of diet. Interestingly, almost every patient will tell me how they eliminate sugar from their diet. Many people choose to consume more honey instead of processing sugar. Sometimes it is helpful to get the necessary information before making these health changes.

Sugar addiction?

from

Yes, maybe even more than cocaine! Sugar has an effect on opioid receptors in our body. These receptors are associated with reward parts of our brain and cause compulsive behavior, even if our brains are aware of the negative consequences.

Is honey a good choice for honey?

from

of course. Honey has been known to have a positive impact on diseases such as cough, indigestion, burns, wounds, flu and infections. It also contains nutrients such as vitamins and minerals. Honey has an extremely long shelf life and is used by many as a “superfood”.

Does honey have an antibacterial effect?

from

of course. The enzyme contained in honey is converted to hydrogen peroxide in the presence of oxygen. Hydrogen peroxide dissolves the bacterial cell membrane, thereby destroying the bacteria.

Can honey burn energy like sugar?

from

No, honey is completely different in this respect. Unlike sugar, honey does not produce the consequences of collapse and burns. Honey burns in a slow manner, avoiding the surge in energy caused by inevitable collisions. Enzymes in honey often help the body regulate the way sugar is chosen.

What disease is caused by sugar?

from

In addition to weight gain and ultimate fatigue, processed sugar is associated with cancer, stomach, diabetes and heart disease. Remember that these diseases not only come from processing sugar. Many sugar substitutes produce the same disease.

Is there honey?

from

Of course, most honey is an improvement on processed sugar, and all honey is not equal. Honey produced in an organic or pesticide-free environment is a viable method. More and more research supports the benefits of using locally produced honey. This is very beneficial for allergy prevention features.

So why is honey no longer used?

from

The answer to this question can be summed up in one word, namely profit. Like most natural products, honey is not a trademark, patent or chemical product. Without these components, no large amounts of money are available. Just look at the ads for consumers, especially children! Everything is processed with sugar and feeds on our senses and emotions. A company cannot market natural products such as honey. If they do, take a look at the complete list of ingredients!
