Quit smoking – painful and good

It is easy to divide smoking into painful categories and OK. The pain associated with smoking is well known. It is no secret that smoking causes millions of deaths, and smoking is still one of the most dangerous activities that people still indulge in.

Good or good is the fun aspect of the equation. Most of my quit smoking customers admit that they don't even like cigarettes. Only a small percentage of people say they like smoking, but they don't like smoking. Maybe these people don't want to give up.

But a common reaction is that they think smoking feels good. There is a deadly habit that can provide resistance to potential death, or at least a serious illness and shortened lifespan, which sounds like a bad deal.

So what does this deal mean, why do you want to continue to do something that will make you hard to eat sooner or later. The reason is that smoking meets your needs. This will bring you closer to some good feelings or keep you away from some negative feelings.

If not, the point of inhaling toxic fumes is what will have a negative impact on every cell in your body.

A positive feeling may be relaxation. But there are many ways to relax. No matter where you read, just follow.

Stand or sit… let your chin relax to your shoulders, then to your hips, then drop your legs. In and out five long and slow deep breaths. Now think about a time, place, person or event that makes you happy or gives you a good feeling. Do another five breaths.

You have just relaxed your body and mind, far more than any cigarette can do, and there are no toxic chemicals, completely free.

Negative feelings may be stress, worry or anxiety. However, there are many healthier ways to put these feelings down.

Say it again. Stand up and remember when you succeed, when you create a plan and you succeed. Remember the details of that success. Time, place, people, events, etc. When you feel good, pay attention to your posture and breathing.

Point to the beautiful feeling of life in the body, pay attention to whether there is color. Hold this position and take a deep breath for at least 2 minutes. Note that you feel much better.

Of course, you may not have solved your core problem, but there is no smoking. There are no shortcomings again, plus you are in control. The same is true of these technologies, maybe you will wonder why you smoke again?
