Self hypnosis

Hypnosis is not a sleep, but a highly cognitive state similar to daydreaming. In 1775, Franz Mesmer developed healing through the magnetic force of animals and later changed his name to hypnotism. Hypnosis is the mentality that everyone has experienced in one or another time. In fact, everyone goes to hypnosis every day. The time you dream during the day is hypnosis. The ability to achieve hypnosis is already in our body. This is just a matter of unlocking the secret.

When you are hypnotized, your left brain goes to sleep and your right brain opens to get useful and helpful advice. Hypnosis is not mental control or sleep. Using hypnotism can't control someone's thinking. The hypnotized person is still thinking logically, and he or she can make a decision. The hypnotized person did not completely lose contact with reality. All hypnosis is self hypnosis. To enter hypnosis, you must believe, concentrate, concentrate and participate fully. You must 100% pay attention to the process and your "will" cooperation.

Learning self-hypnosis takes only a few minutes. If you teach this technique correctly, learning is quick and easy, because everything about hypnosis is appealing. Any ordinary person can be taught how to hypnotize or be hypnotized. There are significant differences between hypnosis and meditation. Hypnosis can help solve unconscious problems that have arisen in the past. People learn to hypnotize to relax, relieve pain, anger, anxiety, panic, fear and compulsive thinking, while meditation can help you achieve relaxation and inner peace.

By learning self-hypnosis, you can increase your self-awareness, inner harmony, positive thinking, love and compassion. You can relax and concentrate. It is the best medicine to heal the inner self.

exercise:

Sitting in a chair and sitting comfortably. The light should be dim. Fix your eyes in some ways. Stare at the scene until you close your eyes. Say to myself, my eyes are getting heavier and heavier. Now they are getting so heavy, they want to close. As I breathe in every breath, my eyes become heavier and heavier. I became very lame and relaxed. When I became lame and relaxed, my eyes became heavier and he only wanted to close. I am getting more and more relaxed, what I want to do is to sleep and relax. Repeat until your eyes are closed. Now from the soles of your feet to the top of your head, relax every part of your body. When you relax, I say that I am getting more and more relaxed, I am going to sleep deeply. Continue for 10 minutes. You can also use classical music in the background.

Once the whole process is over. Say to myself that I will count from 10 to 1. When I count from 10 to 1, my sleep will become lighter and lighter for each number, and when I reach 1, I will wake up. When I wake up, I feel completely relaxed. 10 minutes before getting up, 10 minutes before going to bed.
