Our daily lives waste all our natural, powerful, instinctive energy and vitality. A yoga band or internal energy gate directs this energy flow [prana] to the area where the prana is blocked or blocked [to supplement them]. Bandhas drives energy to focus and redistributes it in a balanced way to ensure unity and harmony. Bandhas exercises initially involve physical and muscular movements. Over time, yoga students will be able to identify mental and energetic models and work consciously; once mastered, these internal energy gates will remain active, in waking and sleeping. . Beginners are close to bandhas, which are related to certain parts of the body, such as muscles, glands and organs, and their true value lies in the design that is considered to be the distribution of essential forces in the body. Once this energy channel is organized, it affects the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual elements of the body.
Usually practice three bandhas, tri-bandha together. they are:
- Mula bandha
- Uddiyana bandha
- Jalandhara bandha
They work together through kriya [action], asana [posture], pranayama [breathing], handprint [sacred words], dharana [concentration] and dhiyana [meditation] or at specific times. Once these internal energy gates are activated, there is a balance between the Creator and the Creator, and all causes of conflict and imbalance are eliminated, and vitality is completely consistent with nature. Children are born with active bands. The recommended sequence of learning sequences starts with bandshas, then asana, then pranayama, then mudra. Tri-bandha is suitable for the advanced breathing and handprints of serious pursuers of spiritualism and celestial unity.
To complement the basic bandhas, there are some auxiliary bandhas:
- Jivha bandha

- Ajna bandha
Ajna bandha coordinates energy and moves it inward and upward to re-establish the disconnected love between man and his creator.
- Nabhi bandha

- Swadhi bandha
Swadhi bandha balances and combines the vitality of the middle and upper parts of the pelvis.
