Can eggs cause your migraine?

Most migraine sufferers often identify “cheese, red wine and chocolate” as the most common cause of problems. But in 1979, a surprising study of migraine in the famous "Lancet" magazine showed that eggs were considered to be the cause [1].

In fact, eggs are a very common allergen. They are also one of the most reliable tests – unlike some foods, if given a standard food skin test, an intolerant person will return to a positive test like an allergic person. Home testing is becoming more and more popular, although they are not always reliable.

Unfortunately, eggs are included in many products ranging from baked goods to cake icing, and it is not true that cooking makes it harmless! Children with migraine usually have an allergy to eggs and at least two other trigger foods, and simply remove them from the diet to get relief. However, since eggs are an important source of protein, they should not be excluded from the diet unless you are certain that they will cause your problem. The food intolerance test and trial exclusion for three weeks should provide you with sufficient evidence to engage in meaningful discussions with your qualified medical professional regarding the effectiveness of the exclusion.

One of the most common places where eggs are common is the vaccine [2]. Measures have been taken to combat exposure to eggs by obtaining vaccines from embryos, but recent developments seem to indicate that even the slightest exposure to any type of chicken product can be dangerous.

For those who are highly sensitive, even inhalation can be a problem. Workers in candy factories breathe asthmatic powder proteins for decorative icing, so even if you avoid eating eggs like a plague, you should also contact egg allergens [3]!

Egg whites can even be found in vaginal suppositories or diaper rash ointments. Why can't you use migraine if you have severe allergic reactions such as asthma or anaphylactic shock?

The unfortunate thing about children and food allergies is that they can't overcome certain problems. In addition, misdiagnosis is common because parents or doctors cannot accurately track symptoms.

Children who have had multiple migraine headaches after eating ice cream may be allergic to eggs or milk in the product, so a elimination process is needed to determine which is the culprit.

Eggs are such a strong allergen, and many doctors advocate not providing eggs to children under the age of two, because once an allergen is triggered, the body will form memories around it, which may make you more sad.

There are several foods that, if avoided or given very carefully, can prevent red flags from appearing in the child's immune system. Eggs are a problem, related to egg yolk and white – Recently, studies have shown that although egg yolk contains high cholesterol, white contains a means to fight it.

There was no adverse reaction after 12 months, and one food could be introduced at a time. If the migraine recurs, it will indicate the main trigger and then you should try to avoid it.

Eggs are good for you – unless they are not!
