Sometimes in life, we will be completely dispersed. Our thoughts, emotions, and even what we are doing are beginning to move around without rhymes or reasons. Sometimes this creates an unstable feeling and cannot focus on what we have to do. During these times, we need to return to neutrality and concentrate.
Getting yourself in the middle is just bringing back all your energy to you throughout your life and connecting yourself to energy again. Think about the first thing you might do before a big speech or interview. Take a deep breath and sometimes we will do something to prepare for the upcoming events. This is a person's natural ability to know exactly what they need to achieve balance and concentration. Breathing helps bring all energy back inside, so you can balance internally and focus on anything that needs your attention at that time.
Taking a deep breath is just one way to get yourself back to the center. Our breathing is our life force. Breathing is something that keeps us alive. Most of the time is not thought, but conscious breathing helps one person to be centered. Another central way is to use breathing for only three minutes in a short period of time. All the meditation I did began with three slow, deep breaths. You can do this in a comfortable location anywhere, just pay attention to your breathing. Pay attention to breathing into your body. Then notice that it leaves your body. Once you get used to doing this, you will find yourself in perfect balance. You will also find that the rest of the day will flow intentionally or unintentionally.
Whenever you need it, just bring yourself back to the breathing center. Bring more balance and focus to your day!
