I haven't had a migraine for almost two years until I camped with the Boy Scouts in Lost Valley this weekend. The pain is serious, the cold weather keeps your bones cool, which makes me a headache, so I can't participate in many activities. I decided to take the time to think about the cause of migraine after two years without a migraine. I pray that my experience this weekend will prove that many people who help with migraines almost disappear from your life without using drugs.
I have had severe migraine for many years. I will wake up at night and cry in pain. Instigation will not stop, I want to vomit, but nothing will happen. I will stay awake for a few hours and feel uncomfortable in any position. I will take medications that can alleviate the effects, but their migraine has been recurring. The doctor finally opened a potent drug for me, which would help, but it just knocked me down, and then I felt dizzy. To be honest, I hate accepting it.
About two years ago, I started a healthier lifestyle. I started using the detergents of Watkins and Melaleuca, and I started using Melaleuca products near my home. In November 2006, I started drinking an ounce of high antioxidant drinks from Young Living essential oils. I noticed that I was getting sick, even if the people around me were sick. I think this is very interesting. After reading Kevin Trudeau's book, I turned to more organic food and I continued to feel good. I also started eating most poultry. My red meat intake is rare; if I do eat red meat, I will make sure it is organic, so it doesn't have all the hormones and all the toxins that make me sick. About seven months ago, I started to exercise more often. I arranged my training and I found that BeachBody provided some very good workout videos that really helped me to restore my body shape. Through all these changes, I noticed that my migraine almost disappeared, and I am awe. I didn't really stop thinking about this problem until I taught someone's husband to tell me that his wife would get a migraine regularly. I realized that I have not had a migraine for more than two years. I am waiting for the right opportunity to talk to her about how it helps me and what can help her.
Then I went camping with the scouts. The weather is cold. I can't warm up at all. Our first meal is lunch. We have a hamburger and of course white bread, peppers, chips and brownies. I only ate half of the hamburgers because I hated the taste of frozen processed hamburgers. I ate French fries, peppers and brownies. I am sure that the French fries are frozen and the peppers are from canned food. Brownie is of course made from white flour and white sugar, as well as non-organic eggs. I noticed that my head started to hurt. I ignored it and I went to the archery range with my family and other boy scouts. My headache is very mild, but it won't go away. Dinner is coming, we went to the cafeteria. We have meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans. Mashed potatoes come from a box – definitely not from fresh potatoes. Beans come from cans, I don't know how they make patties; however, I am convinced that meat is not organic. After dinner, my headache began to deteriorate. I decided to put on an emergency treatment grade oil mixture called M-Grain. This helps to reduce the severity, and I went to the movie night with my family. When I got back to the tent, my headache came back and my head was shaking. I changed some oil and went to bed. My headache won't go away because the weather is about 35 degrees. My head has been swaying very hard, and every few hours I keep getting up and putting in more oil. I will sleep and rest, but the next day, my headache continues. I began to reflect and realized that I only used oil to treat the symptoms, but if I wanted to stop the headache completely, I had to treat the cause. I decided not to eat the food there and let my body detoxify from all the processed foods.
I started drinking a bottle of arrow water and an ounce of Ningxia Red a day, which is the high-oxidation drink of Young Living that I drink every day. I am hungry, so there is an orange and an apple, because the fruit helps your body detoxify. I have been drinking water all the time. At lunch, I ate some bananas and some almonds. I ate a small salad. My headache started to get better, but the cold weather won't make it completely disappear, because I will get nervous. When I was in the warm cafeteria, I felt better, didn't eat the food provided there, only eat fruit. I will go out and my head will start to shake again. That night we decided to drive home because I couldn't stand another cold, sleepless night. I was very hungry when I was eating, so I ate some corn on the cob and some beans and then skipped the bar b-q ribs. I also ate a slice of watermelon. We left the campsite that night and I slept very well in the warm bed. I feel great this morning. My migraine has disappeared. I didn't eat the food provided at lunch yesterday. My body feels clean and I get rid of the cold weather. It makes me nervous and my head continues to move.
Through this terrible experience this weekend, I realized that my healthy lifestyle made me have no migraine for about two years. I will continue to stay away from processed foods and continue to use non-toxic products in my own home and at home. For those who regularly receive migraine, it is recommended to start a good detox program to eliminate the toxins already in your body and start a healthy lifestyle, helping your body keep clean toxins and bombing you regularly. Make sure the detox program cleans your liver. This is an organ that helps your body naturally eliminate toxins. Of course, if it is overloaded, it can't do its job. Have a healthy lifestyle on a regular basis so your immune system becomes strong and you can avoid migraine. In addition to no migraine, you will notice that you don't get sick often.
