In this article, I will introduce my Migraines experience for more than 30 years, then enter the top 10 migraine triggers and treatment sources.

Everywhere started

My job involves a lot of driving, but I spend most of my time on the interstate, and you know that there are a lot of shiny windshields, bumpers, semi-finished backs and so on. I have a chance to get a migraine every day. I also like outdoor activities, but I find myself afraid to go out. Even the reflections in the house started to cause trouble for me.
