What is 'Tabata'&'Hennie Muller' training exercises?

Once the high-intensity interval training is investigated, the words “Tabatas” and “Hennie Mullers” appear. So, it is understandable to know what sports Tabata and Hennie Muller are.

Tabatas is named after Dr. Izumi Tabata of the Tokyo National Institute of Fitness and Exercise.

The Tabata interval is long in the high intensity interval, and is short in the rest interval, that is, the maximum intensity movement is 20 seconds, and then the 10 second rest constitutes a cycle. Repeating this cycle eight times will take four minutes. Due to the high-intensity interval of fatigue demand, rest periods are absolutely necessary for partial recovery of mental and physical abilities.

In the study done by Dr. Tabata, a mechanically braked bicycle dynamometer was used, but the solution could be applied to almost any imaginable movement.
