There are many health services that require appropriate health care services under the appropriate health care system. The United States does not have the best health care services in the world, but it can be said to have the world's best emergency services. The fact behind this is that the United States has the highest levels of poverty and income inequality in all rich and developed countries and affects people's access to appropriate health services.

Health systems are designed to meet the health care needs of certain target countries or populations. Any country or government needs a health care plan and its proper system implementation. According to the 2000 World Health Report, “Improving performance is a good health condition, a response to population expectations and a fair financial contribution”. Duckett [2004] proposed a two-dimensional approach to assessing health systems: “one-dimensional quality, efficiency and acceptability, and fairness on the other hand”.

Health is a state of well-being, physically, mentally, socially and psychologically. Health services are an essential part of any community, so achieving financial stability and appropriate health insurance through insurance or other means is essential for human life and normalcy. An appropriate process-oriented structure is needed that is implemented by the government to provide health services to every citizen. The healthcare industry has a responsibility to provide its people with appropriate health care services, ie health care providers. These medical services are paid for by patients, insurance plans or the government. Charities and volunteers also play a role in providing health services to people who cannot afford it. There are many ways to provide health services to patients, usually in two main ways;

· Face to face:

This is the most common way in which a provider physically interacts with a patient and after reviewing and understanding the problem, diagnoses the problem or suggests some test or medication.

· Non-face to face:

Telecommunications is the latest facility and is now also used to provide healthcare services. The practitioner can interact with the patient using a telephone, email, text message or video conference and then can provide further advice to him/her.

Health care is also available in schools that can take care of children. UNESCO has published a set of tools to guide school health care providers. The following are the basic parameters that must be taken care of;

There are three types of health services available in any health service delivery system.

1. Primary care services:

Whoever is a family doctor, nurse, nurse practitioner, physiotherapist, pharmacist, etc., whenever someone needs health care services in normal and daily life. Primary health services usually include prevention and treatment of common diseases and injuries.

2. Secondary health care services:

Whenever someone needs special care, he/she will be referred to a specialized medical unit, such as a hospital or nursing home, to provide secondary care facilities.

3. Additional/Supplemental Health Care Services:

Services that are usually available to the elderly, children, or who do not have adequate health insurance or ability to pay and range are provided through government funds or through volunteers or charitable organizations.
