Once upon a time, "fashion late" may be possible. This may still be the case in some cases. However, chronic daily delays are another matter.
Some people are always late, no matter how much time they have prepared, or they know how far they have booked. It is true that sometimes it is inevitable to be late. But this is not the case for long-term late arrivals. You may know some of them. They panted, panicked, apologized, usually 10 or 15 minutes later than the plan.

*The last moment always finds you in a hurry; even if you tell yourself many times that this will not happen again. Time seems to "slip away."
