Purposeful aging: running without running

I ran away. I have been escaping. However, I believe that eagerness to rush to something is better than fear of escaping. Although I still unconsciously escaped from the darkness, I am now more consciously practicing towards the light. What is your experience of running away? How often do you consciously practice running towards your goal. To what extent are you intentional?

During the spiritual retreat, I experienced a rare moment of true awakening.
