Two seasons

The track has two seasons: indoors and outdoors. The indoor track season usually runs during the winter. The outdoor track season is usually done in the spring. Indoor orbital meetings are often similar to outdoor track meetings, with a few exceptions. These exceptions include a 100-meter sprint on the indoor track, but a 60-meter sprint [some indoor tracks will have a 55-meter sprint].
