Heart disease and water fasting

Heart disease is the number one killer in the United States, with more than 616,000 deaths. The number of uninstitutional adults diagnosed with heart disease has reached an astonishing 26.8 million, equivalent to 12% of the population. [1]

My condition.
from

I am one of the non-institutionalized people with obesity, suffering from high blood pressure, edema, gout and breathing problems. May be the same as most people with heart disease. A few years ago I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure, a 50/50 chance to make it use again for ten years. My height is 5&10; my weight is 272 pounds. In addition to the above diseases, I also have edema, high blood pressure, psoriasis, carpel tunnel and sleep apnea.

Heart disease usually does not occur overnight. It takes years and decades of tobacco, alcohol, bad diet and lack of exercise. Arterial occlusion can be very advanced before people may know they have problems. It sneaked at you, and when you least doubt it, you have a heart attack. My condition gradually deteriorated from the basement to the main building is a very difficult task. Physical labor is impossible now.

I have tried it before.

Last year, I tried to lose weight through a process called Water Fasting. I have done a lot of research on this topic through the Internet and the books I bought. It feels that it is right for me to improve my health. I started with a weight of about 265 pounds and reduced it to 230 pounds in 21 days. But then I quit because of the cleaning reaction I found later. During those 21 days, my blood pressure returned to normal and I stopped taking my Coversyl medication. I walked longer and longer, and I could even run a short distance. This made me convinced that I was on the right track, but I needed to do more research before I started another fast. That was the summer of 2010.

So far, you are asking how Water Fast can benefit people with heart disease. First, fasting has been shown to lower blood pressure very quickly and effectively. My comment on fasting last year indicated that I have been at 125-130 / 85, with an average of 165/95, so I know the impact on blood pressure, I believe that if I continue, I will see further improvement. In addition, it appears that fasting can significantly reduce the amount of plaque that aligns blood vessels, which will result in more oxygen and blood circulation and lessen the workload of the heart. In a study published in June 2001 in "Manipulation and Physiotherapeutics," 174 patients performed very quickly, and all participants experienced a sharp drop in blood pressure. The fasting period lasted only 10 to 11 days and the mean blood pressure dropped to 37/13 mm Hg. Patients with stage 3 hypertension [180/110+] had an average reduction of 60/17 mm Hg. No other method of lowering blood pressure has shown such a significant effect.

This time, success!

Since I was on the fast track last year, I decided to start another ban. The goal is to completely normalize my blood pressure, get rid of edema and gout and some other health-related problems I am dealing with. The speed will continue until my hunger returns, and I suspect it may be 40 to 50 days. I really want to lose 80 to 100 pounds, which will cost me about 195 pounds. This time I will drink medical grade alkaline ionized water to help me stop the rapid reaction cleaning reaction in 2010. I will provide statistics, comments, pictures and videos on a regular basis. I invite you to follow my progress on my blog.
