I will share a simple squash recipe because it really helps me addicted to pasta and hope you like it. When I started the weight loss program, I tried to give up food that I loved or at least thought of my favorite, most notably; bread [wheat], processed foods and pasta. Eliminating BIG 3 from my diet is not easy. That's where I found myself to go, low-carb alternatives to pasta. Spaghetti pumpkin!
One night, my wife and another health-conscious friend made a dinner for us. The main dish is pasta pumpkin. From that night on, this meal has been in my cooking cycle, appearing at our table at least twice a month.
There are many ways to prepare this dish [I have tried several], but the one I will outline here and in the video is probably the easiest to understand and hard to mess up.
