How to make an erotic massage: massage oil

Why massage oil?

Many people think that taking some hand cream or body lotion can be a good massage, or worse [trembling] for a "dry" massage. If you want this erotic massage to actually reach the erotic point, you need real massage oil; the ability to absorb a little skin, soften things, and also allow you to maintain a smooth, stable movement while you massage.

You also want your massage oil to be something you can only use. Erotic massage. You want to reach a little bit, you can smell the oil and make your body ready to rumble. You want to walk into the room the next day, grab the most important remaining massage oil scent, and smile at what you did in that room the night before. You want to put a small drop of massage oil behind your ear so that when you and your partner are out of town, at a party or business meeting, maybe in a restaurant, he will smell it. After him, let him go crazy until he can make you alone. Lubriderm cream won't do that for you!

But let's take a step back here and take a step back and look at the bigger picture.

a short history

Oil and aromatherapy have been around for a long time. Just look at the Bible. Remember that Mary Magdalene anointed the feet of Jesus? She not only uses essential oils, but also does this through massage. Mary knows the power of massage. This is a way to relax, relieve stress, show interest and "turn the motor", so to speak.

However, oil is much longer than in the Bible. About 2700 years before the birth of Christ, Chinese people were using herbs and burning oil.

The Egyptians used oil in the process of mummification and eventually used the same herbs and oils for everyday life. In fact, Cleopatra uses exotic and luscious jasmine oil to distract Marc Antony during business meetings [Ladies, please note!].

In India, practitioners of Ayurvedic [a medical therapy] use aromatherapy and massage. The Greeks used oil for aromatherapy, cosmetics and medicine. The Romans used these oils after bathing, and the Aztecs had a lot of herbs and plants. In the Far East, in 980 AD, the art of distilled spirits led to the development of more modern perfumes.

I believe that almost every culture has used nature's resources and used oil and massage, which is not too far-reaching.

How do they work?

Essential oils work in a variety of ways. First of all, perhaps the most obvious is the fragrance. The nose is an incredible organ. Have you noticed how the elegant aroma of the street can make you go back 20 years, until the first time you encounter that smell? You can recall that moment in vivid detail. In fact, more details can be brought than photos. Have you ever encountered someone who remembers the smell of someone? Have you found yourself attracted to someone and don't know why, just to find out that the fragrance he or she wears has aroused your interest? There are good reasons for this. The nose is directly connected to the brain.

When the aroma is inhaled, the particles of the aroma are absorbed by the nerve endings at the back of the nose. The signal is then passed to the brain, especially the limbic system.

The limbic system is home to the hypothalamus, which in turn accommodates the pituitary gland. The pituitary gland is responsible for, among other things, hormone release. See where I am going?

Nasal – limbic system – hypothalamus – pituitary gland – hormone release

Different neurochemicals are triggered by the sense of smell and cause emotional changes. The first one is familiar to everyone – endorphin. Endorphins are naturally high in the human body. Endorphins are most often associated with pain management. Everyone has heard of people who have been shot but don’t know, or who have been mutilated and have no pain. Thanks for the great hormonal endorphin! Endorphins are actually stronger than morphine, which may be why the word is broken down into "endo", meaning "inside", and "phin" means "morphine"; literally, the word means " Intrinsic morphine."

But pain control is not the only role for endorphins. After exercise and sexual behavior, the level of this hormone will also increase. It is related to the visibility, satisfaction, calmness and harmony of the body.

Another neurochemical substance caused by olfaction is serotonin. Serotonin is a sedative hormone. It is related to sleep, mood, exercise, feeding and anxiety.

Is aromatherapy a good way to relax, calm and seduce?

So now the nose has absorbed the smell of oil and triggered a crazy hormone through the body. You might say that this is a temporary state. People can get used to the smell of oil, it will have a smaller effect, or in one night, the effects of hormones will disappear. But there are more. Oil is also absorbed by fat cells. When using essential oils in massage, the medicinal ingredients of herbs are beneficial whether or not they are pornographic. Combine it with the effects of the massage itself – stimulate circulation and heat production, not to mention relaxing muscles – and you have an excellent carrier through which you can completely destroy your partner's luxury.

Essential oil introduction

I personally think that using essential oil massage is one of the most erotic feelings in life. As I said before, the massage itself and the scent are magical, but I think the special thing that can really massage oil is the care that the masseuse is showing.

When your partner takes the time to choose, mix, and then apply oil to your body, he or she tells you that you deserve to spend time. Your partner tells you that you deserve to be spoiled, worthy of care, and that he or she thinks you are beautiful.

Psychologically, essential oils and massages are as important to the soul as the actual physical benefits. This is not trivial.

The main focus of the composition is information on the essential oils used for massage. Keep in mind that all of these oils are used in other ways than other medications and massages. However, for our purposes, I will try to retain massage oil, pornography and other information.

At the end of this report, you will find small guides for different oils, their basic odors, their properties in terms of massage, and the good base oils used in the mixture.

a warning

My favorite base oil is almond oil, but many people are allergic to nuts. Do not use oil with anyone who is allergic to nuts! You want your partner to get into the pain of passion, not the emergency room of anaphylactic shock.

When choosing massage oils:

• Choose a few; you don't want to mix the aroma.

• Make sure that essential oils and base oils are not only edible, but also good in taste and harmless to mucous membranes.

• Pay attention to the characteristics of the essential oils you use. Some may heat up, which can be fun, but it can be a bit intense for some people. Some are astringents, some may raise high blood pressure, and some just taste too horrible.

• It sounds like a “duh” statement, but find out what your partner likes. If your partner absolutely hates mints, the massage oil made with mint won't make him fall in love.

Blended

There are some things to keep in mind when mixing oils. First, many essential oils have medicinal properties and should be used with caution, especially during pregnancy.

After the list of oils and their attributes at the end of this description, there will be a list of oils to be avoided during pregnancy, some of which may not be listed in the oil properties list.

The second thing to remember is that the oil should not be applied directly to the skin unless directed by an experienced aromatherapist. The base oil must always be used. You want to use about 5 to 6 drops of essential oil per 10 ml of base oil. This is equivalent to about 15 drops of essential oil per liter of base oil.

The oil should be stored in dark glass bottles – never plastic. You will usually find oil stored in amber or blue bottles. Avoid using rubber stoppers for your oil bottles. The oil can be eaten by rubber.

When it comes to eating oil through rubber, latex condoms degrade in the presence of oil. Again, if you use oil as a sexual lubricant, your Jimmy hat will have no use, which will inevitably occur during an erotic massage. Condoms made of plastic can withstand the presence of oil, so read the label before buying! Ok, I want to reiterate, because if Juni was born nine months later, I don't want anyone to blame me: Do not use latex condoms with oily lubricants as they can cause rupture!

carry on…..

Store the oil in a cool, dry place. If stored correctly, the oil should last for about a year.

After mixing the oil, let the mixture stand for a day or so, or at least a few hours, then go back and smell it again. You may find that the finished product is a little different from the one you installed the first time. You can adjust the mixture accordingly. Play with oil, find a mixture that is good for you and experiment. If you add 3 drops of sandalwood and 1 drop of chamomile at a time, next time you may want to try 2 drops instead.

By the way, the combination of sandalwood and chamomile is an excellent relaxing oil mixture.

In general, men tend to like spicy woody scent, while women like floral scent. Therefore, the combination of the two will be an ideal massage oil that will allow both parties to please in heterosexual relationships. However, this is a general statement. I am a woman, I prefer spicy…
