Basic instructions for meditation

When someone heard it today, in the Western world, when the word was conceived for the first time, a Bhuddist monk or a Hindu image appeared in his mind, sitting cross-legged and screaming at AUM's syllables.

What modern people don't know is that meditation is completely natural to his happiness, normal and necessary, just like sleeping, dreaming or waking up. In fact, we are all thinking silently, although we do not intentionally or intentionally do so, in situations where we need to solve problems or make decisions, or in many other situations, such as in melodies or wonderful sunsets. Own, or when enjoying the scenery, etc.

The only difference from the Oriental is that he consciously, consciously and regularly enters meditation.

What is the next question? Why do we meditate?

There are actually a thousand reasons. Orientals enter meditation to achieve spiritual progress and inspiration, reach a higher level of consciousness, experience absolute unity with all, and make a person a better person.

The same applies to us. It is Westerners who have very different mindsets and lifestyles. Are they used to the outside face rather than facing the world inward? An oriental man does not have to endure pressure and competition so dominant in the lives of Western men, and his meditation becomes easier. Can we meditate in the same way and purpose?

I doubt it! At least definitely not the majority of us. So what can we do to get the benefits of meditation and adjust it to our way of life?

First of all, we don't have to sit cross-legged. The Orientals sit like this because this is the way they sit. This is how they sit down to eat or talk. We can sit comfortably in the chair as usual, with the back straight and relaxed.

Do we need to spend a few hours meditating?

If we don't like it, or if we don't have enough time, this is usually the case for busy Westerners. We can only sit for 20 minutes a day to meditate. It is important to do this every day. It's easy to understand why. If someone is exercising, he does it every day. This is what the athlete does, or the mucisian who sports his music. Daily meditation must be carried out without hesitation.

What are we meditating?

In fact, people can meditate on anything. But if we want to get some useful results, then we must first learn to concentrate and become the master of our thoughts. In the first week, we can start by breathing or watching the candles. It was not easy at first. The mind is unruly. One needs patience and determination. Don't be angry when some thoughts or noise distract you. Persist patiently and guide your thoughts back to the original object of condensation. After the first week, you will find it easier to keep the intensive state for a longer period of time.

Next, focus on a higher idea, such as love, feel your heart filled with it, expand and send it in all directions. This will help if you think of someone you love. Feel your inner love, as if you are in the love of a superpower. Let yourself improvise to make this great idea/feel, and know in your heart that you are loved, and that you return that love.

If you stick to this daily exercise, you will get many benefits soon, that is, after about two months, especially if you continue. If you are a student, or if your business growth rate is 25% or higher, you will see your pressure is greatly reduced and your efficiency will be reduced. You are sure to be better able to cope with any insomnia, which is the disease of our time. You can also better handle everyday events, many times ugly or painful, your reaction to them will be less angry or painful, desperation will not conquer you, because your demenour will remain calm. You will be able to face life in a more independent and collectible way.

In general, your health will definitely improve. Ultimately you can even use this method to get rid of the habit of smoking or drinking.

The more you practice, the more you realize that you are reaching a higher level of consciousness, that you will be aware of the truths you have not seen before, and your friends will soon realize that you have become a better individual.

Can anyone meditate? Is it dangerous?

If a person is a fairly balanced individual and I mean that he is not eligible to be called a mentally ill person and has not suffered from severe depression, then the recommended time for clotting and meditation is absolutely harmless. There are many books about meditation, and many teachers can get advice, but since meditation is a natural state of man entering, I believe anyone can try it.
