“If you feel good, your day will get better. If you feel bad, your day will get worse.” – Abraham Hicks
I am a very active person, sometimes I want to do two things, three things at the same time. So I spent a lot of time learning how to meditate. At the same time, many things are constantly pouring into my mind. It is a huge challenge to silence and focus on one thing.
There are many definitions of meditation. I especially like people from healthandyoga.com: "Meditation means consciousness. Whatever you do, consciousness is meditation." Look at your breath ' is meditation; listening to birds is meditation. As long as these activities Without any other distractions, this is an effective meditation."
Meditation can help you clear your mind and increase your inner peace. Meditation can help you understand your thoughts. Through meditation, we can better understand our life goals. Meditation helps to boost your positive vibrations. Meditation can help you reduce stress and increase your concentration. If we only meditate for 10 to 15 minutes a day, we can get a lot of benefits.
We live in a fast world. It seems that we don't have time to do what we want to do. We only do what we have to do, but if we don't enjoy what we are doing, what is the meaning of life? Maybe you won't enjoy meditation on the first day of your experiment, but I believe that you will feel better, more relaxed and more productive. Meditation can not only help you, but also people around you, because you are less responsive to what's going on around you. You will be aware of everything you have done in life and be able to change and enjoy it.
Meditation is easy. Find a good place for fresh air [possibly outside], sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and relax. Release any negative emotions or feelings. Follow your breath. Try to focus on only one thing at a time. It could be a candle flame, a rose or anything that brings you happiness. Let your ideas flow and don't try to control them. You can listen to soft instrumental music. You can start from five minutes and increase the time every week until you get 15 minutes [or longer] every day. Don't meditate after eating.
I have been meditating for a long time. If I were willing, I could have found time to do it, but it seemed too boring for me. I have found it very useful since I started. It helps me to connect with my source [God] and visualize and be clearer in what I want.
I recently discovered deliberate meditation and I found it very interesting, so I started practicing it. Joe Vitale said: "In the Intentional Meditation [IM] approach, you focus on a specific outcome. You are thinking, and you are thinking. An IM is through your consciousness, asking the universe to attract a special result."
I found this process to be like imagining what you want to achieve in life. Deliberate meditation is more complete, because you are sorting out some techniques to make your dreams come true. you need to:
Write down your intentions: What do you really want to achieve? Be clear – write down all the positives about what you want and how you feel about what you want. Writing a script may be helpful.
Meditate for about 15 to 20 minutes a day: relax and concentrate on achieving what you want to achieve.
Add a feeling for your intentions: imagine it. Feel all the feelings now. Keep in mind that this is a big difference in confidence when you want to have it and when you have it. What do you think of that thing? What do you do? Who will share with you?
I believe that you should only have beautiful things. The universe is infinite. It provides ample resources for everyone. You are placing orders with a lot of confidence and good feelings. Pay attention to the signal, do the right action [inspiration action] and look forward to great things. You are the creator of life, you can create everything you want.
Meditation for about 15 minutes a day, your life will change!
