Discover meditation and secret gaps

Quiet, improve attention and attention, improve clarity, enhance vitality and rejuvenation, happiness and emotional stability, improve memory and learning ability, inner peace, calm and unity are just some of the benefits that meditation routine exercises can bring to you.

Discovering the gap between meditation and secrets, you will open a door that connects you to your true self, your soul, and leads you on the path of self-realization; you are a member of the universe, a ubiquitous whole. Part, everyone and everything.

The simplest things are often the most difficult to understand. Meditation is the key to opening the door to your soul, who you are, your purpose, why you are here and the true meaning of life.

Start your own journey and discover meditation for yourself.

What is meditation and where does it come from?

Meditation is the practice of focusing on objects or a single point of consciousness. This is the practice of calming the mind and immersing it in the true essence; the true self has the same meaning as everyone [source, universe, sacred consciousness, universal consciousness or any other given name].

You will find many ways of meditation; hundreds of different techniques and techniques. All of this works; of course, at the beginning they help to focus. However, it is important not to attach to a particular technology or object. When it comes down to it, meditation is a post-reality. You have discovered the secret gap described by Wu; nothingness, emptiness, no existence. Only then can you meditate, the key is not to grasp what you find, but to simply make it, and to integrate with stillness, silence and tranquility, this is the pure essence of our universe.

It is the path to all miracles and the gateway to all nature. It can only be found by combining silence, stillness and tranquility. It is discovering meditation and secret gaps that lead to satisfaction, happiness and a completely inner peace of life. Life becomes fluid, relaxed, beautiful, and at the same time you realize self-awareness, bring clarity, creativity and profound real purpose, just exist.

There is meditation before the history is recorded. Archaeologists have discovered that the ancient Indian scriptures detail the practice of meditation for thousands of years. Many world religions are well documented, including Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, Jainism, Judaism, Sikhism and Taoism. Today, millions of people practice the spread of Eastern meditation technology around the world. The meditation in Sanskrit is DhyÄna, one of the eight limbs of yoga that leads to SamÄdhi [joy, happiness or peace]. The physical practice of yoga, through the way of breathing, is itself a moving meditation, and millions of people around the world practice again.

What are the other benefits of meditation?

Studies have shown that meditation reduces the negative effects of stress, anxiety and depression. In general, we become calmer, happier and more fulfilling.

Meditation increases attention, which is critical to achieving our true potential. Focused attention can generate tremendous power. When our attention is improved, we can not only use it for meditation, but also for other activities. Part of achieving our goals and aspirations is the ability to master our ideas. By calming our mind and focusing, we can experience this self-control, and we can begin to change and replace our negative or unwanted thoughts with positive thoughts. This shift in our thinking process aligns our energy with universal energy vibration, and we will begin to notice positive changes and improvements in all areas of our lives.

Physical meditation can relieve stress-related symptoms such as palpitations, nervousness and migraine, restless sleep, nightmares and depression. As stress and anxiety decrease, we actually reduce the likelihood of experiencing any heart-related disease.

Studies have also shown that meditation can relieve chronic pain, lower cholesterol levels and improve blood pressure. As the flow of air to the lungs increases and improves, we will experience a better overall health.

How can I meditate?

Buddhism often describes meditation as a way of "training mad monkeys", calling the mind a mad monkey, which always jumps from one thought to another. On average one day, we think of about 64,000 ideas!

The Buddha said that not catching one is free. Meditation is not something you try to achieve. Although you are seeking effective meditation when you start practicing, the more you try, the more you will avoid. Meditation can be likened to holding a wet soap; hold it in your hand for a minute, and the next one slips from your finger.

Meditation is to let go and find that you have to let go of all the secret gaps. Release any results before starting.

There are many meditation techniques and different meditation exercises have been developed for thousands of years. However, the true essence of meditation is to sit down. Quite simply, you go beyond the “conditions” of thinking and elevate your mind to a purely self-conscious state.

Although you can focus on objects or breathing to help you achieve this state, in the end it is a natural process that evolves over time, and its essence should always be to connect yourself to your source. You are looking inward without really trying to do anything, just sit down and do it.

It is also effective to meditate on the specific struggles or problems we encounter in our lives. For example, if we want to make a decision about one aspect of our lives; for example, a career direction, meditation can help us find the answer. Sometimes the answers we are looking for can almost immediately enter our minds. Focusing and guiding the ability to focus on a particular problem or topic can produce amazing results.

It is a good idea to have a meditation space. This can be the most comfortable room or part of your home. You may have soft lighting, candles, incense, cushions, flowers and other items that can evoke a sense of calm and relaxation.

The goal is to meditate twice a day. Sunrise and sunset are the best times for meditation, because our thoughts are more acceptable at these times. Sunrise is the dawn of a new day, quiet, calm and calm everywhere. This day has not yet begun. After a quiet sleep, our thoughts tend to be more calm. At the end of the sunset, the meditation at this time allowed us to think quietly on the day we passed. Our thoughts are already awake before we go to sleep. When we wake up the next morning, when we are asleep, the stillness and calmness brought by meditation will accompany us and help us feel refreshed.

Put a mat on the floor and seat yourself so your bottom can be on one and half of the mat. This will boost your hips and naturally boost your spine, and you will feel more comfortable than sitting on the floor. Bring yourself into a cross-legged position. Traditionally, lotus or half lotus poses are used during meditation, but if you can't sit comfortably in these poses, sit for you. Let your spine stand upright and tilt your head so that your eyes are fixed three feet in front of you when you open it. Place your hands in any comfortable place; on your knees one on top of the other, use the tip of your thumb to touch the tip of the first or middle finger to form a circle, or just place them on your lap. No matter what is comfortable, it feels right for you.

As mentioned earlier, you can pay attention to many things in meditation; statues, flowers or single roses, silk scarves, candles, crystals, music, spells and breaths, etc. Experience these for yourself and find the one that works best for you.

Not surprisingly, I found that the easiest way is to be the most effective; breathing and mantra. The example I used in most of this section is breathing, which is by far the most common meditation focus.

Close your eyes and start focusing on your breathing. Focus on inhaling and exhaling each time. It is quietly said that the "SO" during inhalation and the "HUM" in exhalation also help to concentrate. Let your thoughts come and go, but always focus your attention on your breathing. If you choose an object, you only need to focus on that object, let the thoughts enter and restore the focus to the object. Over time, meditation becomes easier and you will find that with your self-control, you can easily sit for 20-30 minutes.

First, complete 5 minutes twice a day, then increase to 10, and so on. Meditation can be effective at any time. If you can't often meditate to find some quiet time, you can let yourself simply sit down. Focus on your breathing and imagine yourself sitting somewhere, which will help bring calm…
