The short answer is yes. But don't stop there.

The use of ultraviolet light [ultraviolet rays] to "better" treat and disinfect swimming pools against bathers and environmental waste is an almost hysterical attempt. You can't stay on the answer above. You must understand what UV therapy is actually doing. Like everything, there are advantages and disadvantages. There are also some myths that must be dispelled and rested.

The first is the fact. There are 3 types of UV rays. UV-A: Causes wrinkles and "burning" on our skin. UV-B contributes to the production of vitamin D.
