Carb loading tennis?

Tennis players often ask if the loading of carbohydrates before the game should be done.

"I have a game at 10:30 am. I usually play in the afternoon or at night, so I have plenty of time to make sure I have properly added water.

I am not worried about getting hydration, but I am really not sure when to eat to make sure I am not weak on the court that morning.

Should I eat a spaghetti meal in the middle of the night? I know that it takes 6 hours for the body to add the complex carbohydrates to the useful glycogen, so I don't want to get up at 4 in the morning. I am trying to adopt the right approach. can you help me? ”
