One of the most important things I make sure to do every week is that when I plan to work for myself for a day, I am completely out of all my equipment. For others, I am alone. Even for only half a day, or even two hours.
Do you know what I like the most? Early in the morning, I watched an "expired movie" picking the first slot in the theater on Friday. I usually give myself the entire theater because no one likes to pay weekend prices for morning shows. But I think that as long as you have your own space in the huge "dark room", it is worth every dollar. It is a bit different than the natural world. I like this too, but sometimes, sometimes I will block the sound of birds and cockroaches. Immerse yourself in thorough and thorough silence. Especially when you go 10 minutes in advance.
You can do quick meditation before the movie starts, or even dive into the nap, because it is sturdy and soundproof, there is nothing outside to enter the room. I always have this feeling of extreme tranquility because it is so dark and calm inside. Stay away from all the noise outside the room. Beyond social media outside the World Wide Web. Just for a while.
You don't need to go into the mountains, you just need to be creative and strategic in place and time. For our self-care and awareness, we can reconnect ourselves at regular intervals. Really come into contact with all the fears you have turned off, your inner tears, and everything you have swept under the carpet for a while.
This weekend, find some time to find a safe space or create a published outlet. Find a way to get everything going. Relax your tension, let go of stress, and let go of all the restrictions and beliefs that you have not served or helped you grow. It’s time to let go. Past, memories, situations, excuses, people, especially those who keep you small. You have to let them… everything goes well.
