In 1974, a book was named from
Wrestling physical regulation encyclopedia from
published. This book was written by a man named John Jesse.
Air conditioning coach Vernon Gambetta wrote, “Who might ask John Jessie? John Jesse is an expert in Southern California strength training, injury prevention and rehabilitation.”
It was only recently that I learned about the existence of this book, although it has obviously been around for a long time. I have encountered it while browsing the internet and studying wrestling adjustments.
I borrowed a copy from the public library and found it really appealing. Although John Jesse’s book was published 38 years ago, it seems to be out of date. He really knows the power and conditions.
