How to use yoga to ease your pain

Who would have thought of some simple gestures that can alleviate headaches, back pain and other pains that many people suffer? When I learned that practicing yoga can get rid of my headache, I was completely blown away. If I knew about it many years ago, I have never suffered from physical discomfort like a teenager. Here are some simple actions that can eliminate your pain for the New Year.

Headache, stress and anxiety

from

Does headache, stress and anxiety affect your daily activities? Try to kneel on the floor and sit on your lap. Take a deep breath, lean forward, and put your forehead on the floor for five to ten breaths. Your arm rests weakly on your sides. Continue to take a deep breath and imagine that you are breathing directly into the troubled area. When you are ready to get rid of this position, take a deep breath and slowly raise your head.

Back pain?

from

Try to lie on the floor on your back. Take a deep breath and hold your knees on your chest as you exhale. When you swing from side to side, keep this position for five to ten breaths to massage your lower back on the floor. In order to pose, when exhaling, put your legs on the floor, lay flat on your back, breathe smoothly and then breathe five to ten times, then turn to the right and slowly rise to a comfortable sitting position. You can try this many times in a day.

Another good posture for back pain is lying on the floor [full length]. Start to take a deep breath and exhale. When inhaling, raise your arms and legs to your own level and keep breathing once or twice. Then release and let them exhale. You can try this many times. Inhale your hands and knees when you come out.

Hip pain?

from

Whenever you sit from sitting to walking, feel the hips stiff? Try this simple posture and feel the pain disappear. Sitting on the floor with legs crossed [crossed applesauce]. When you walk out of your hand [in your own degree] in front of you, sit down, take a deep breath and exhale. Continue to breathe and take a deep breath five to ten times. When you are ready to pose, take in your breath as you return to your body and slowly lift it from the floor.

Practice these postures as much as possible and discover new calms that will leave you painless in the new year.
