When you set goals for such people with few achievable goals, when they achieve these goals, they will begin to feel more confident and optimistic about the goals they are capable of achieving. The end result will be to set new, more difficult goals to be more appropriate. They will start looking forward to exercise and enjoyment; this is the greatest benefit for all.
