When you wake up at 2am, you have unbearable pain in your big toe or elsewhere – you need to relieve pain quickly! If you are prone to gout attacks or a history of gout in your family, be prepared and proactively treat gout – stop eating sorghum food, increase uric acid in your blood, and eventually cause gout. Here are some tips to help you through gout attacks and help prevent recurrence:
- There is a handy kit that includes the items needed for a gout pain episode. The chance is that even if you can walk, or horror, put on your shoes and socks, you won't be able to go to the pharmacy in the middle of the night! If you put your supplies in a convenient place in a box or bag, you will be prepared for the onset of gout.
- Step 1 – Spray the affected joints with a deep osmotic pain spray, such as STOPAIN, which is available in most pharmacies;
- Did not stop? Many people say that by spraying WD-40 on painful joints, symptoms can be quickly relieved. I don't know what WD-40 can stop the pain, but because it is a permeable oil, it will quickly reach the affected joint;
- Take some TYLENOL or other over-the-counter painkillers; however, don't take aspirin, it only makes things worse;
- If you have a bathtub and soak in a warm bath, you have dissolved 2 EPSOM salts and a ROCK SALT. Some people reported success by adding some APPLE CIDER VINEGAR. If you don't have a bathtub, you can soak it in a bucket or other large container;
- Drink plenty of water and start rinsing the sodium urate crystals of the affected joints and the body's uric acid. If you do not have high blood pressure or no sodium-restricted diet, drink a glass of water where you dissolve 1/2 teaspoon of BAKING SODA several times a day;
- CHERRIES is very beneficial for gout pain. Eat 1/2 pound of fresh or canned [unsweetened] black cherry red cherries every day. They help to circulate and reduce inflammation. If you prefer, you can drink 100% natural cherry juice [without sugar], concentrate cherry juice [no sugar], or buy cherry extract. If you don't like cherries, blueberries will be the second choice;
- Do not drink alcohol, coffee, tea, soda or any other beverage containing caffeine. Please drink tea made by BURDOCK ROOT or take BURDOCK CAPSULES;
- Supplemented by HAWTHORN BERRY. They also reduce inflammation and increase blood circulation. Other useful herbs are ADDER'S TONGUE and DEVIL'S CLAW;
- Take 1000 mg of vitamin C, 250 mg of vitamin E, B complex, BETA carotene and FISH capsules daily. It is also a good idea to always take a multi-vitamin every day.
