Your personal trainer may hurt you

So, I heard this or one of the changes…

My personal trainer let me do a workout and I was injured. I was in trouble when I was doing sports, and they kept telling me to continue exercising. I am busy practicing.

I really don't understand why people who are hurt by personal trainers don't immediately stop training with them and sue them. If the lawsuit is initiated, carelessness will eventually stop.

Some personal fitness trainers try to call everyone an athlete and train them as if they are truly competitive athletes. Ordinary adults looking for general fitness or weight loss are not a competitive athlete and should not be trained like a competitive athlete. Ordinary people who have not participated in high-level sports in recent months or years should not perform advanced exercises on the first day, such as jumping boxes, digging holes or sleigh propulsion. Specific advances and levels of health must be mastered before introducing advanced practice. It's like telling someone who never drives to the NASCAR competition.

Incredibly, how many personal trainers have hurt people because they are feeding their own arrogance, or they have little experience and knowledge. Do you know that many personal trainers only pay and take online exams without any actual preparation, knowledge or exercise experience? Then they called themselves fitness trainers. This is SAD, and the general public is paying a price for it.

Now, do you know why I am proud to be NSCA-CSCS? We know how to train athletes, and we know when we can retreat while helping adults become healthier. We understand the science behind exercise and we know the progress of exercise. A university degree requires a CSCS exam and you need [and need] six months to learn all the materials. This is a rigorous certification and must be maintained through continuing education once it is certified.

Please don't trust anyone to train you. Do your research, get recommendations, and check the trainer's certificate. Many people find me after being seriously damaged by a personal trainer. This is your body, your money, and the time you spend going to the wrong trainer. Please choose carefully!
