Fear, fear, anxiety and panic attacks

Fear is our defense against danger. This is a healthy response that protects the creature from the harsh conditions of the enemy and the environment. Without fear, we will not be protected by any danger.

However, exaggerated fear or unexplained fear is problematic and leads to despair and madness.

Human beings suffer from mental illness from birth, because very violent, cruel and immoral anti-conscience is inherent to all human beings. The conscious part of the human conscience that respects human values and controls human behavior is selfish, one-sided and underdeveloped. It is easy to become a paradise of anti-conscience, and it constantly tries to destroy the human side.

Therefore, the normal and protective function of fear becomes a disease, because this fear is either exaggerated or unexplained.

Fear can become panic or become phobia.

Let's take a look at the definition of the term given at http://www.dictionary.com so that we can understand what fear means.

While normal fear is our defense against danger, anxiety is a fear of what can happen; it is not a fear of dangerous things. Therefore, anxiety is a fear of the future, a fear of living conditions, an unexpected problem; in other words, a person's thought hypothesis and the fear caused by the hypothesis.

Phobia is a manic fear of certain objects, places or people. They have an unexplained character. However, with my simplified version of the Carl Jung method, we can understand that phobia is caused by unconsciousness and is a punishment for our ridiculous conscience, which is one-sided and underdeveloped.

You can find more information about phobia in my article "Phobias Mystery Revealed-The Fear Factor".

The conscience of mankind is negative because it is selfish and ignorant, even if it is not as evil as anti-conscience. True goodness can only be found in the unconscious aspects of the human spiritual realm. It does not belong to human beings, but has different and older origins. Its sacredness and wisdom are unquestionable, and anyone can recognize them. Its role in the spiritual realm has always been protective, so the phobia it causes attempts to save human conscience from madness.

Phobias are of different types; they are not worried about anxiety and panic, even if someone may end up with square phobia [afraid of closed, crowded places] after many panic attacks.

Anxiety and panic attacks are caused by anti-conscience, because these fears come from hypotheses, which are fears of specific objects, people or places.

Psychotherapy for anxiety, panic and phobia is a simplified version of my approach to Karl Jung's dream interpretation.

We can use the words and associations that patients make and their paintings, which can be interpreted as dreams to understand their psychological problems and their treatment.

Anxiety and phobia are easy to heal, and panic attacks require longer periods of psychotherapy, but they can also be cured.
