How to track customer's personal training?

Hi, everybody! I will talk about why tracking customers is one of the most effective ways to build a business and change the outcome of a customer's life. Then I will show you what to track and how to easily track it.

This is a problem I saw on the forum. I even saw some video teasing trainers tracking their customers' workouts and walking around in the gym with a set of customer information!

This is a transaction. Tracking customer information is one of the best ways to keep customers motivated, happy and wallet!

Here are the key things to track and why:

1- Body measurements – Yes, they may wriggle when you take them for the first time [you may also feel uncomfortable, but overcoming it, they will feel your discomfort and feel ashamed]. Our job is to give them a mirror of truth so that they can take a good look and help them make better changes. They will be motivated when they first enter, but if they don't see some results quickly, then the motivation will disappear. Tracking their body measurements will show them that they are moving in the right direction [they are hard to notice at the beginning], which will keep them motivated.

Potential pitfalls: Although body fat is more important than weight, most body fat devices have large errors and human error can occur if you use a caliper. Instead, by measuring their body parts to track perimeter measurements [small error ranges, you must remove them from the same position each time], this will prove that they are moving in the right direction, no matter what the scale says.

2-Exercise/Program Tracking – This is essential for creating a continuous result loop! This will ensure that the workout is always fresh, show customers that you care about them, and think about them when you are not together [they will want to reward and make you proud], it can help you design procedures to avoid the plateau and reduce the risk of injury. Make things interesting.

Potential pitfalls: Don't use the same workout card in the rut again and again, and keep all the information in order and safe. All medical information about the customer must be kept secret, so losing your binder or bed sheet is a big deal. Do not! Also, focus on the client instead of staring or searching for your binder!

Sneaky tools: You should not only track their training, but also let them report that their single-player training is critical to helping them gain their abilities and self-responsibility. Many trainers worry that if they create a program and encourage customers to exercise on their own, customers will discard them. This is the opposite! They will get better results, let you thank it, and hope to come back more. Giving them power and empowering them is the most valuable thing you can offer. Keep in mind that no matter how good the program you give them, they will get used to it and need a new program/stimulus to keep their body moving in the right direction. Also, remember that the brain, although only 2% of body mass, consumes 20% of energy consumption. Many of our customers drive autonomous when they train with us. They have a day of work and don't want to think. But let them think, not only will burn more calories, but also make sure they remember what they have learned so they can do it themselves [and by tracking their solo training, you force them to use this information themselves, so they actually I will remember it! I have been using Google Docs spreadsheets to track my client workouts, which is a super powerful but simple way to ensure their promise!

3-target tracking – the key! If you don't define a goal, how do you know when to achieve it. The more specific the goal, the clearer the goal in the customer's mind, and the easier they are to reach the goal. When they train with you, their goals will develop.

Of course, you can use other tools and applications to help track your customers! These will help you get started and help you make authorization [and success] the cornerstone of your business! One of the keys to success is to take advantage of the powerful tools that already exist and create your own systems.
