We are born with only 2 fears. Fear of falling, afraid of loud noises. Every fear we have learned during the growth process.
This means that phobia is something we learn from somewhere or someone. Any form of emphatic emotion is the result of our perception. Our concept is the result of our life experiences and our meaning to them. So if you have spider phobia, then the fear you feel is the result of your perception of the spider. Your perception of spiders is the result of all of your life experiences and the meaning that comes with them. Any anxiety treatment for phobia must involve a change in perception.
In order to eliminate the anxiety of a particular phobia, you must work with the unconscious mind to release any negative emotions associated with the past experience of the triggering object. When you ask what phobia means, it is just the result of a strong fear of unconscious mind and phobia objects. The phobia is called any type of disease to infer that the psychological process of the person involved is problematic.
For me, there are no broken people. When I work with people, I think they are incredible producers of results, and they do well in every way. Our thinking work is like a computer. We can only generate results based on our software. Our software is the accumulation of our life experiences and what we mean to them.
Phobia is only the result of one person's production. They have the necessary life experiences and apply the necessary meaning to these experiences so that they can produce this result. Although we can't go back and change our life experiences, we can change the meaning of what we apply to these experiences. This produces an automatic change in perception, which allows us to change the outcome and get relief from anxiety.
In order to change our meaning for a particular life experience, we must release the negative emotions stored with it. Whenever a particular memory is triggered, the brain sends a signal to the relevant organs of the body so that you can feel the emotions that match the memory. In the case of traumatic memory, it effectively rebuilds and adds evidence to the original wound whenever the trigger/response process. Unless you do something to interrupt this trigger/response mechanism, you are destined to repeat it.
If you are scared by spiders in 100 different life experiences, there are 100 different kinds of evidence in your mind that spiders are terrible. Until you provide irrefutable evidence to the mind, and vice versa, it will not give up fear and eliminate anxiety. The only irrefutable evidence that the mind will accept is that in the case of a spider, it does not feel fear in the body. It sounds a lot like 22.
Quantum theory gives us a new understanding of the meaning of phobia. It allows for the creation of new treatments that produce seemingly miraculous results. I have worked with girls who have recently suffered from earthquake phobias. Whenever a big truck drives through her house and vibrates it in any way, it will cause her to panic.
