Give up feeding your phobia

I have always hated all kinds of jealousy, everything about them will make me sick and scare me. The sight of a crawling or flying cockroach will allow me to pull the entire roof down.

I don't remember why I thought so, or what caused me to develop this phobia. I don't think most people know how they develop phobias.

Over the years, many therapies have been designed to help people overcome phobias.

However, most people do not seek professional assistance to overcome their phobias, especially if it does not seriously affect them. I may encounter a mole in a month or so and I definitely don't want to find a cure.

Although practice and patience are required, the process of treating most phobias is not exhaustive. You need to use your heart to cure this phobia.

This is not a phobia, but your thoughts must be conquered. If you are afraid of darkness, it may be because your mind is playing dirty tricks with you. There is really nothing terrible in the dark, especially if you are in a familiar place. Interestingly, you may already know this fact!

However, when you walk into absolute darkness, you tend to think of the most terrible and scary possibilities. Even if it sounds ridiculous, we tend to turn the novel into reality.

So how do you welcome this phobia? simple. Stand in the bright room for a few minutes and look around. Look around and you can tell yourself that there is nothing to worry about in this room. Then, turn off the light and keep standing. If you feel the fear creeping in, tell yourself that there is nothing in this room to scare you, loud and confident.

When you do this a few times, you will find that your mind is programming to accept the fact that the room is safe. Initially, you may not have to stay in the dark for more than 20 seconds, but each time you practice this exercise, increase the duration until you are completely relaxed, even if you stay in the room for more than 30 minutes.

Conquering your thoughts is not easy, but it is impossible. This phobia has been shown in your subconscious mind. You must scientifically train your subconscious mind to overcome this fear.

I still feel disgusted when I see you, but I realize that I no longer open the panic button. Instead, I train my mind to accept that it is just an insect and I don't have to be afraid of it.

Don't let your brain have reason to develop new phobias. If you watch a horror movie scare you, but you have to sit next to them anyway, no one can blame yourself for imagining the floating phantom standing in front of you when the lights go out!

That phobia is in your mind and not outside. Let yourself watch the situation from the outside, you will know that there is really nothing to worry about…
