Quit smoking – failure is just feedback

Most smokers go to my hypnotized clinic and try to quit smoking with varying degrees of success.

Some people have tried many times, some have succeeded for a while, and some have not. In life, we try to make many changes, some change, and some can't, but this is what happens after an important failure attempt.

  1. You tried to quit and failed, so you decided to quit too hard and you may never succeed.

  2. You quit for a while and then start over. You call yourself a loser or useless or decide that you are a loser.

Both of these reactions make it harder to try again, because you will take the burden of failure to the next attempt.

Or you have a different view of the situation.

You tried to quit, but you didn't succeed. You decide that you have not quit, you realize that thousands of people quit every year, and you will do the same.

2. You quit for a while, then start over and decide that this is just feedback, not failure. Look at the reasons why you started over and make sure you are ready for this situation again in the future.

When you decide to quit smoking again, these reactions will keep you positive and help you.

The difference between the two is very large and will be very different in the future. This may be the difference between success or failure.

Another important tip is that if you quit and start again, you don't have to wait a long time for another cessation meeting.

The reason is simple. If you slip and start smoking, if you act quickly, it will quickly and easily stop, but if you leave it for a few weeks, then you will return to the original point.

Therefore, when you decide to quit, the position taken is that no matter what happens, this is just feedback. By doing so, you have eliminated many of the anxiety many people experience when trying to quit.

This will allow you to focus on the results of success, and when you have a hypnosis session, you can successfully quit. Words are powerful, they affect our behavior and can strongly influence our cessation of smoking and success in life.
