Quit smoking – proof of life and uncertainty

Anthony Robbins said that people's two needs are firm and uncertain.

Unfortunately, smoking offers both needs, but it is negative. As a smoker, you are consistently convinced that 30% of cancer deaths are related to smoking, and that 87% of lung cancer patients are related to smoking, and as a smoker, your chances of developing lung cancer increase by 23 times.

These statistics are terrible, but in addition to these statistics, you may be unsure, and you may or may not be in a group that is dying or ill, or who is only moderately affected by smoking in life.

After working with more than 2,000 smokers, I don't remember smokers who have been smoking for more than 10 years and have at least no breathing problems. So I think you can be sure that smoking will attract you.

The only question is how fast and how fast. Of course there is another layer of uncertainty. You may die from emphysema, but this does not stop you from developing diabetes, low bone density, fertility and sexual dysfunction, peptic ulcer, asthma, cancer, stroke, heart disease and bronchitis.

A particularly unfortunate smoker may have more than a dozen smoking-related problems at the same time. This is entirely possible because your body is a large interconnected unit that can occur in multiple systems when it starts to crash or fail.

This will require many medical experts, many medicines, and sometimes several surgeries, and a large part of your life is spent sitting in the medical waiting room and managing your daily medication.

So why not switch the switch to another certainty. Make sure you live healthier as a non-smoker every day.

Of course, because of your past smoking history, you always have a certain degree of uncertainty, but you can even improve these possibilities by taking a healthy diet and stimulating your body and mind to exercise and relax regularly.

The good news and the bad news is that some of these certificates and uncertainties are firmly in your hands. So the question is, what do you do, you will clench your teeth, book a hypnosis, to ease your thoughts, improve your chances, or are you uncertain?
